
Dr. Margaret Rinker, MD, FAAD
Dermatologist
Dr. Margaret Rinker is a board-certified dermatologist who has been in private practice in the Tampa Bay area since 2001. Dr. Rinker received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Furman University and her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia and then a residency in Dermatology at the University of South Florida, serving as chief resident during her third year. Dr. Rinker is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Rinker sees patients of all ages. She focuses on both general and surgical dermatology as well as cosmetic treatments, including Botox and fillers. She strives to give quality personalized care to all of her patients.

George D. Glinos, MD, FAAD
Dermatologist
Dr. Glinos is a board-certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology with expertise in treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions including skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, acne, alopecia, and more. During his medical training, Dr. Glinos has published 10 peer-reviewed journal articles and several book chapters, and he has presented his research at numerous national conferences. His clinical interests include general and surgical dermatology as well as cosmetic procedures including Botox and dermal fillers.
A native of Central Florida, Dr. Glinos grew up in Orlando. He attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology. He then completed his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. During medical school, he completed a one-year translational research fellowship focused on the understanding and treatment of chronic wounds. After graduation, he continued his training by completing an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He completed his Dermatology residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
Outside of the office, Dr. Glinos enjoys spending time with friends and family, music, traveling, and playing with his rescue dog, Lucy!

Scott Lindsey, MD, FAAD
Mohs Surgeon
Scott Lindsey MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist fellowship-trained in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery. He has expertise treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions ranging from melanoma and keratinocyte carcinomas to complex medical and pediatric dermatology including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, rashes, warts, acne, and cysts. He has published 16 peer-reviewed journal articles and has given numerous lectures both around the United States and internationally.
Dr. Lindsey completed a one-year Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery fellowship accredited by the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. In the clinic, he performs a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, scar revision, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and both ablative and non-ablative laser treatments.
Dr. Lindsey grew up in Winter Park, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and then completed his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine. In medical school, he was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society and graduated with research distinction. After medical school, Dr. Lindsey completed a one year clinical and research fellowship focusing on the treatment and diagnosis of melanoma. He continued his training by completing a one-year internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and subsequently completed his dermatology residency at the University of Miami. Dr. Lindsey continued his education by completing a one-year fellowship at the Skin Institute where he was trained in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Lindsey is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Medical Association.
In his spare time he enjoys golfing, playing chess, boating, running, and playing with his golden-doodle – Govie!

Shaina Linsky, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
Shaina is a Tampa native who enjoys local sporting events, being involved in the community, and all things outdoors, especially on the water.
Shaina received her BA degree from the University of Florida, a BS degree in biomedical science from the University of South Florida, and then graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Physician Assistant Program.
During her time at the University of Florida, she served as the captain of the Men’s Crew Rowing team which taught her the leadership skills she uses each day in practice.
Shaina is focused on general dermatology care and treating each patient like family.

Julie Bucciarelli, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Julie is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society and is an active member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Council. She participates in local and national conferences to continually expand upon her practice and provide the highest quality of care. She enjoys practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology and prioritizes building trusting relationships with her patients.
Julie attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Practice. Go Gators! Her passion for dermatology originates from completing her rotations as a Nurse Practitioner student. Prior to her career in dermatology, she spent four years working in the Trauma/Surgical Intensive Care Unit at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL and gained cosmetic experience working at a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Center in Brandon, FL.
Julie is originally from Naples, FL. She loves spending time with her family, friends and husband Chris. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, kickboxing and practicing yoga.
